4 out of 5 stars great sun shield   July 27, 2010
M. BOWLEN (Bloomington, In usa)
Fits on visor really good and shields the sun for my short friend on the passengers side.

5 out of 5 stars sun zapper   July 7, 2010
C. Baker (East Coast)
This is my second Sun Zapper. My first one lasted several years, and when it broke I realized how much I missed it. I use it to shield my eyes when the sun is low in the sky, as well as to shield my shoulder and upper arm when the sun is to my left. When looking through it, things are a bit distorted, so people with vision problems probably should not use it. When the weather gets very hot, and before your air conditioner can cool the car a bit, the Sun Zapper is a little difficult to pull down. This is because the plastic has expanded in the heat. If you are fighting the sun in the spring and fall, this might be something you could try.

3 out of 5 stars newly retired   July 2, 2010
Michael J Krivoy (NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA, US)
The visor serves its purpose. It will help cut the glare from the direct sunlight for short periods of time. It is ok if you have no other protection for very short time. The plastic will produce distortions. It is not intended to replace good sunglasses. On the occasions that I have had to use it the product preformed OK. I would not use it for more then a 5 to 10 minute period. I also found readjusting the driver seat also helps

4 out of 5 stars Works well for me   June 26, 2010
Cynthia Mcnulty
This product is what I wanted mainly because of the glare that comes in the passenger window at eye level. I am 5'3" and the car visor is never low enough when it is swung over to the side. It is cooler and less irritating than having the sun shine right on the side of my face during long drives. The amber plastic has some waves when looking through it out the windshield but it doesn't bother me.

4 out of 5 stars It Zaps The Sun Pretty Good   June 9, 2010
M. Russell (Los Angeles, CA USA)
I had previously bought a similar product from another manufacturer, but it proved to be totally disappointing. The sun zapper is far superior and is very useful. I am no longer near-blinded when driving west in the late afternoon.
