my engine had been continually spitting the following diagnostic trouble code: P1166. even though i reset the computer with a scanner immediately before pulling in to have my emissions tested, it still spit the code within 5 seconds of starting the car and i failed. i installed this replacement part (took 2 minutes once lifted) and the engine light went right off. i'm headed in to pass md state emissions this week. will report if by chance my car still fails...

It is perfectly fit to Honda CR-V 2002. Great products. Didn't need to erase the engine warning indicator by resetting computer. It was cleared automatically.

DENSO 234-9005 Oxygen sensor is perfect for 2002 Honda CR-V LX. I replaced it for primary sensor when engine light came on. error code was P1166 and P1167.
As soon as I turn my car on after installing this sensor engine light went off as it suppose to.

Bolted in as a direct replacement. Only needed a little electrical tape to serve as a grommet present on the OEM part. Has worked fine for about 6 months so far.
