I ordered this product with two day shipping. It arrived on time but when I looked inside, it was missing the AC adapter. So, I called Amazon and they assured me that they would send either an AC adapter or another cushion. After about a week of waiting, I called them again. Again they apologized and said they were working on getting me another cushion that i should be getting soon. After about another week, I had to call again, very upset, Finally few days later got another shipment with the AC adapter.
As for the product itself, it does what i need it to do. Nothing fancy, Vibration and heat, exactly what i wanted. (after finally getting to use it).

The cushion itself is quite comfortable. It takes a minute or two to heat up. The massage is on par with most massage chairs I have tried--it does not come close to a visit to a masseuse, but I did not expect it to.

I purchase this item base on the reviews,I should of known that 5 motor is not better than a 10 motor cushion seat. I had return it back to amazon and kept comfort 10 motor heat cushion in my opinion is way better than this crap. no i would not recommend it.

Getting in my car and turning on the heated cushion is great. Love the messaging part. After working 12 hrs, feels awfully good

The different locations of the massage portion of this seat are good and let you target one area. The heat portion is not as good as I had hoped.
