I love this alarm. Saved $200 from just buying it from Car Toys. I've had my car stolen before so an alarm is a must for me. One bad thing is that I have a metal "5" keychain that looks like the 530i emblem on the back of my BMW and it cracked the screen. Maybe the screen isn't sturdy enough? Also, I can't find a place to install the remote start feature on my manual transmission even thought I had it done on my '00 Civic Si. Other The range is great and it definitely gives me peace of mind when I'm asleep or away from my car.

This unit has a nice LCD key unit, many features including temperature of the car. The range is pretty good and much better than other units. The only problem is that the buttons are a little big where you may unlock the car when you don't mean to. My only recommendation is that you buy it from a reputable distributor and not Worldwide Distributors, defective units, and the worst customer service ever. Pay the extra money to buy from a good company!
